TERMS

All sessions must be completed by August 14, 2026

Once the selected program(s) have started, no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances. Sessions are also non-transferable, except in the case of participating siblings, and cannot be carried over to a later time after the program has ended.

If you miss a session and wish to make it up, please note that make-up sessions are not guaranteed and will incur an additional fee. We do not provide refunds or prorated fees for absences, illnesses, vacations, tardiness, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road closures, COVID-related closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
