In 2019, Lindblom students Tia and Tyra Smith made national news when they graduated as LMSA co-valedictorians with perfect 4.0+ GPAs after acing 12 Advanced Placement courses. Their story went viral on Good Morning America and inspired families across the country. Now, the proven academic support blueprint that helped shape their success is available to current Lindblom students.

Is your child a current 7th or 8th grader at LMSA Academic Center? Help them make the most of their remaining school year and prepare for what's ahead—whether that's advancing to 8th grade or continuing at Lindblom as a high school freshman for SY26-27.

What Your Student Will Gain:

Our experienced instructors provide focused instruction in essential skills tailored to Lindblom students while offering academic and social-emotional learning (SEL) support to help keep grades strong throughout the school year. Materials are provided - students will need devices to access materials on the platform.

Test Prep Support – High school admissions test prep

Study Skills – Cornell note-taking methods and proven writing strategies

Math Support – Algebra exit exam preparation - Geometry Introduction

Executive Function – Time management, organization skills and materials

Session: February 2 – May 29, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Location: On campus at LMSA - 6130 S Wolcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60636
Who Should Participate: Current Lindblom 7th and 8th graders
Investment: $475/month (≈ $16 per hour) (Bonus $50 non-refundable registration fee is waived)
