Registration and Payment

Four Single cohorts available this Spring: Parents may enroll separately in one or more. cohort. Each Cohort is 8 sessions.

Program Cost: $1,597 per student per cohort. Select your sessions(s) at checkout. Aftercheck out you will receive form to complete.

How the Sessions Work:

Please Your child is NOT in the classroom for the full two hours. Students rotate in and out in small groups so they can return to their regular Living the Language curriculum with minimal disruption.
Session length is based on the number of students enrolled in your child's cohort:

• 1–3 students → 30–45 minute sessions, 3 times per week
• 4–6 students → 60 minute sessions, 3 times per week
• 7–10 students → Up to 90 minute sessions, 3 times per week

Your child's regular immersion curriculum remains the priority. Our program is designed to work alongside — not interrupt — their daily schedule at Living the Language.

Maximum enrollment is 10 students per group. Our tutor is on-site from 8:30 to 10:30 AM and rotates students in small groups. If demand exceeds 10 students, we add a second group within the same time block. We collaborate with LTL staff accordiningly.

Terms and Refund Policy

• Refund requests made 15 days prior to the cohort start date will incur a $150 administrative fee.
• No refunds once the cohort or selected program(s) have started. No exceptions..
• No proration or missed sessions or absenses. Make-up sessions are not guranteed and may incur additional fees - no exceptions, please
• Cohort/Session transfers may result in additional fees
• We reserve the right to cancel a cohort/session date if participation numbers are not adequate
• Results may vary, and placement into selective schools for gifted programs is not guaranteed.
