Chances are its been a while since your child has taken a standardize or selective enrollment test. This year, a single admissions exam, the CPS High School Admissions Test (HSAT), will be administered to all current 8th grade students.
Our virtual mock practice test will help students get a last minute academic boost. During this event, students will join a live educator via Zoom for an interactive mock practice session.
The practice questions will take 2 hours to complete and will cover the following four (4) subject areas:

Virtual Mock Practice Exam - Test Sections
- Reading and Vocabulary skills - 60 minutes
- Language Arts including grammar mechanics - 30 minutes
- Math including quantitative reasoning - 30 minutes
- Score review and test results - 30 minutes
Zoom link will be email to test takers 24 hours before the mock practice session.
