Program Details:

Location: HATCH 41 - 4131 S State St, Chicago, IL 60609

• 3-subjects ( math, reading and writing)
• Duration: 3 hours per session 2 times a week.
• Days Available: (choose your preferred option after checkout)

• 9am-12pm
• 1pm - 4pm

Group I 6/16 to 7/9

• Group I 6/16 to 7/9
• Group 2 7/7 to 7/31

By offering these flexible options, we aim to accommodate your busy schedule and make it convenient for your child to participate in our program.

TERMS/ REFUND POLICY:

All parents must sign and return the media release/hold harmless form before their child can participate in the program. Some sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Student should stick to assigned session block as session transfer will result in additional fees.

REFUNDS/MAKEUPS

Refund (less $200 registration fee) up to 14 days before program start date. No refunds after June 10th, 2025.

Please note that sessions cannot be transferred to someone else or carried over to a later time. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed, and there is an additional fee for any sessions you miss and want to make up. We do not provide refunds or prorated fees for absences, illness, vacation, tardiness, or cancellations caused by bad weather, road closures, COVID-related closures, or any other circumstances beyond control.

Results may vary and placement into selective enrollment school or gifted program is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to cancel a session date if participation numbers are not adequate.
